My Approach

Welcome to Newport Cupping & Wellness! My name is Lindsay, and I am thrilled to be a part of the team at Peak Performance and West Coast Pilates in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa. With a background in Massage Therapy, Active Release Techniques (ART), Nutrition, Pilates and Personal Training, I have a comprehensive understanding of the body and how to support it in achieving balance, strength, relaxation and recovery.

I specialize in Cupping therapies for the face and body, facial and buccal massage, lymphatic drainage and assisted stretching. Each session is customized to help you feel your best and reach your goals.

As the sole therapist at Newport Cupping, I am committed to building relationships with my clients to maximize physical well being in addition to enhancing beauty and promoting health span. I take a holistic approach that integrates treatments, techniques and products in bodywork, cupping, stretching and beauty care in order to achieve each client’s goals.
