Facial Massage

Facial massage is a therapeutic treatment that involves methodical manipulation of the muscles and tissues of the face. This is a popular method to rejuvenate our face without injections or as an alternative to Botox, although perhaps a MORE important self-care practice for those that receive Botox regularly!

  • Enhances circulation

  • Promotes lymphatic drainage

  • Relieves tension

  • Encourages a natural glow

  • Lifts the skin

  • Reduces wrinkles and puffiness

  • Improves skin tone & elasticity

  • Supports overall relaxation

Facial Massage also relaxes the scalp, cervical spine, face and décolleté.

Facial Cupping

Experience the rejuvenating benefits of Facial Cupping to enhance your natural beauty and promote a radiant complexion.

This non-invasive therapy uses small glass or silicone cups to create a light suction on the skin. It can also be used with a medium suction to target deeper layer of the facial muscles, helping to release tension and enhance facial shaping. Unlike body cupping, this method is designed to lift and stimulate facial tissues with leaving marks.

  • Increases circulation

  • Stimulates lymphatic drainage

  • Improves skin tone & elasticity

  • Sculpts and lifts face naturally

  • Relieves muscle tension

  • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles

  • Promotes a facial "glow"

Buccal Massage

Buccal massage originated as a holistic technique created by a French skincare therapist Joelle Ciocco almost 40 years ago. Her idea was based on a personal desire to age gracefully and without the use of special equipment, injections, hormonal treatments, or chemicals.

This unique form of massage is performed on the inner cheeks and targets the muscles from both inside and outside of the mouth. This deep-tissue approach targets the buccinator muscles (cheek muscles), jaw, and lower face. This helps to release deep tension in the facial muscles (where many hold their stress), sculpt the face, and stimulate lymphatic drainage. By working both the external and intraoral areas, buccal massage helps improve muscle tone, reduce puffiness, enhance circulation, and relieve jaw tension, especially helpful for those who grind their teeth, clench their jaw or suffer from TMJ.
