Stretch Sessions

PNF stretching, or Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, is a highly effective technique that combines assisted stretching and muscle activation and helps improve flexibility, strength and overall muscle function. Incorporating PNF stretching into your regular routine, you can experience reduced muscle tension, enhanced athletic performance, and quicker recovery times. Weekly or twice weekly  sessions with me will not only keep your body in peak condition but also ensure personalized attention to your unique needs and goals. Express Stretch Session

25 Minute Express Stretch Session best for focusing on a few troublesome areas or for those with limited time that can see me 2-3 times per week.

Full Stretch Session

50 Minute Full Stretch Session best for overall flexibility and muscle function. 1-2 times per week recommended for full body mobility.
